Introducing Old Station 31 Spirits inaugural straight bourbon whiskey. This expression features a mashbill of corn, rye and barely that’s been aged for four and a half years.
The caramel smell is enticing, the warm flavor of butterscotch is smooth and the woody finish makes this great on its own or in a cocktail.
Our Original Vodka highlights the unique flavor of Midwestern grown 100% white organic corn that’s naturally gluten free. It’s smooth with a hint of sweetness at the end. We are meticulous about using only 100% Midwestern grown organic white corn that is naturally gluten free. Then, with the purest water, we mill, mash and distill all by hand, to craft our smooth premium vodka. This is the essence of tradition and service that makes up Old Station 31 Spirits; welcome to the family!
Our Original Gin, with hints of Bergamot, Jasmine and Cubeb, is a flavor profile all our own. A well balanced trifecta of juniper, floral and herbal. Our dearest friends from Korsør, Denmark introduced us to gin. This recipe is inspired by the thousands of laughs, tears, memories and taste tests we’ve had despite the miles between us. Friends are crucial to our existence; be a good one and share this with a friend of yours.
Our Berry Flavored Vodka starts with our own original handcrafted small batch vodka and then we layer in bold blueberry and blackberry so that you can still taste it when you add a mix. Blueberry and black berry picking was a deep seeded tradition in our family. You’d get up early to beat the heat, it’s guaranteed you’d eat more than you put in your bucket and Mom would whip up pies and bars to take to summer parties and the firemen’s picnic. For us, our Berry Vodka reminds us of those traditions and stirs up memories that warms our hearts. Go make some memories!
Our Citrus Flavored Vodka starts with our own original handcrafted small batch vodka. Then we layer in the flavors of lemon and Key Lime to create a fresh experience that will awaken your taste buds. This citrus flavor is a nod to the summer lemonade stands we had when we were kids. The firemen would stop by for a glass and tell us what a great job we were doing; great moments and great memories that will live in our minds forever.
Our Lavender Flavored Vodka starts with our own handcrafted small batch vodka. Then we layer in the beautiful scent and flavor of lavender that we sourced from the family owned Fragrant Isle Lavender Farm on Washington Island in Door County Wisconsin. Lavender is a hug, it’s a warm feeling that can’t be put into words. Mom always had lavender somewhere in the house so when you opened the door the smell would welcome you. Opening this bottle reminds us of going home. Conger up some creativity and mix yourself up a cocktail with lavender vodka that will welcome you home.
