Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
Certain items such as personalized, clearance, or final sale items may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product page for return details before purchasing.
Return Process
Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team using the link below, and include your order number, a description of the issue, and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Inspection: Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets the conditions stated above, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will gladly process your request once the original item is returned and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
