🍸 What’s on the Menu?

Under the guidance of our expert lead mixologist, you will craft three signature "Cake-Tail" creations:

  • The Carrot Cake Sparkler: A spiced bourbon base with homemade syrups.  The rest is a surprise; but you can imagine bitters, foam, cream and a hint of cream cheese frosting.

  • The Pineapple Upside Down  Zinger: Our bright, zesty citrus vodka featuring a beautiful pineapple infusion and sweet vanilla thrown in via a way we’ve not done before.

  • The London Fog Sponge: A luscious, earl grey and lavender infusion , featuring our lavender vodka and original gin.  It is an art to combine and infuse these flavors to create a delicate creamy sweet cocktail.
